The good thing about these workouts is that your body will supposedly continue to burn fat up to 36 hours after you have completed your routines, and you can expect to see results in as little as four weeks, even if you choose to perform just one of these workouts on a regular basis.
In addition to the six individual workouts, this DVD also includes nutritional and lifestyle advice that will help you achieve your dream body.

There are many fitness DVDs to choose from nowadays, but I have to admit that this new one from Kym Marsh does look really promising.
I particularly like the fact that it tones many different muscles and is very effective at boosting your metabolism and burning fat, and that you will continue burning fat for up to 36 hours afterwards.
Finally, I also like the fact that you can choose the workouts that you wish to perform, and don’t necessarily have to complete all six in order to start seeing some decent results.
